1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product quality does not match the description.
- The product is expired or spoiled (fertilizers, soil mixes).
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective).
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the buyer.
- Gift cards and membership subscriptions.
2. How to Request a Return

- Share Photos: Provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
- Approval: Our team will review and approve/reject the return within 24–48 hours.
- Ship Back: Once approved, ship the product back using the method we specify. We may arrange pickup for select locations.
- Refund Processed: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated.

Refund timelines start from the date we receive and verify the returned product.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the replacement costs less, the balance will be refunded.
- Direct exchanges are available for items with manufacturing defects.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Before dispatch: Full refund within 3–5 business days.
- After dispatch: Cancellation not possible. Please wait for delivery and initiate a return.
- Stock unavailability: If we cancel due to stock issues, a full refund is processed automatically.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Wrong items: Return shipping is FREE — we cover the cost.
- Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a product damaged during shipping:
- Take photos/video while opening the package as proof.
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
