Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product quality does not match the description.
  • The product is expired or spoiled (fertilizers, soil mixes).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective).
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the buyer.
  • Gift cards and membership subscriptions.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email thenurserygreen@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8887608236 with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Share Photos: Provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
  3. Approval: Our team will review and approve/reject the return within 24–48 hours.
  4. Ship Back: Once approved, ship the product back using the method we specify. We may arrange pickup for select locations.
  5. Refund Processed: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Options

Net Banking / Wallet Original payment method 7 – 10 business days
Cash on Delivery Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) 7 – 10 business days

Refund timelines start from the date we receive and verify the returned product.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the replacement costs less, the balance will be refunded.
  • Direct exchanges are available for items with manufacturing defects.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Before dispatch: Full refund within 3–5 business days.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation not possible. Please wait for delivery and initiate a return.
  • Stock unavailability: If we cancel due to stock issues, a full refund is processed automatically.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong items: Return shipping is FREE — we cover the cost.
  • Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged in Transit

If you receive a product damaged during shipping:

  • Take photos/video while opening the package as proof.
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
