• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Actual products may vary slightly from images.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may cancel orders if items go out of stock after ordering.
• Product ratings and reviews reflect user opinions and are not guaranteed claims by The Nursery Green.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders require a valid delivery address within India.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Online Payment: Processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select areas. Full payment is required at the time of delivery.

4.3 Order Cancellation

• You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting our support team.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

7. Membership Program

• The Nursery Green Membership is available at ₹200/month or earned through qualifying purchases.
• Membership includes access to the Plant Parents Community, events, competitions, and quizzes.
• Membership benefits may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• We do not offer refunds on membership fees once the billing cycle has begun.

8. Plant Parents Community

• Community access requires an active membership.
• You are responsible for content you post. Content must not be offensive, misleading, or harmful.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates community guidelines.
• Content you post may be visible to other community members.
• We may use anonymized community data to improve our services.

9. Plant Health Scanner

• The Plant Health Scanner provides AI-powered analysis for informational purposes only.
• Results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Professional consultation is recommended for critical decisions.
• Desi remedies and treatment suggestions are based on traditional practices and user feedback.
• We are not liable for plant damage or loss resulting from scanner recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on The Nursery Green (text, images, logos, guides, articles) is our intellectual property or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
• Product images are representative; actual products may vary in appearance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Nursery Green is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by shipping partners or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
