Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India via reputed courier partners. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location.

🌿 Note: Live plants and perishable items are only shipped to select pin codes to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Please check delivery availability at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Below ₹1999 ₹49 – ₹99 (depends on weight & location)
COD Orders Additional ₹40 COD handling fee

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Region Estimated Time
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 3 – 5 business days
Tier 2 cities (Lucknow, Jaipur, Pune, etc.) 4 – 7 business days
Remote / rural areas 7 – 12 business days
Northeast India & special territories 7 – 14 business days

Delivery timelines start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
  • You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.
  • If tracking information is not updated for 48+ hours, please contact our support team.

6. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to prevent transit damage.
  • Fertilizers and soil products are sealed in moisture-resistant packaging.
  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible. 🌱
  • Fragile items (pots, sprayers) are wrapped with extra protective material.

7. Delivery Issues

Package Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product within 24 hours of delivery, and contact us for a replacement or refund.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive wrong or missing items, contact our support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders within ₹5,000.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.
  • COD verification may be done via OTP during delivery.
